Quality Alliance Team Düsseldorf 2013

MESACON Messelektronik GmbH Dresden was participating as specialist for non-contact thickness measurement with a cooperative booth of the Quality Alliance. Beside the exchange of experience between colleagues of our industry, good dialogues about current and future projects were held with national and international customers. With more than 3000 visitors coming from 30 different countries and more than 100 companies and organizations, a new attendance record was established.

The courses of lectures focused mainly topics like material and energy efficiency, climate protection, as well as the current and medium-term situation on the commodity markets. At the same time, the attention was also drawn to other future topics of growing importance for MESACON. Both, new forming developments and revamping of hot rolling mills and coating lines were central issues. Especially the globally grown concern in reduction of material and production costs together with improvement of manufacture quality reached by precise and non-destructive measuring systems gave us the indication to expect further growth in the demand for our gauges within the next years. In that field, MESACON directly contributes with the full range of measuring systems for all applications of thickness and coating thickness gauges in hot rolling, cold rolling, processing and finishing.
